AGRITOURISM LIMITED LIABILITY WAIVER
“Under Alabama law, an agritourism professional is not liable for injury, sickness, or damage to, or the death of, a participant in an agritourism activity at this location if the injury, sickness, damage, or death results from the inherent risks of the agritourism activity.

“Inherent risks of an agritourism activity include risks of injury, sickness, damage, or death inherent to land, equipment, and animals as well as the potential for you to act in a negligent manner that may contribute to your injury, sickness, damage, or death, or for another participant to act in a manner that may cause your injury, sickness, damage, or death.

“You are assuming the risk of participating in this agritourism activity.” -Alabama Code Title 6. Civil Practice § 6-5-347

CODE OF CONDUCT:
1. Treat self, others and Hubert Farms with courtesy and respect.
2. Drones are prohibited unless given special access by Hubert Farms
3. Refrain from using foul language or gestures in public areas.
4. Hubert Farms, LLC reserves the right to use any and all photos taken on farm property on but not limited to website, social media, or any advertising.
5.No smoking on farm premises.

Adherence to the Hubert Farms Code of Conduct is for the safety and enjoyment of all who visit the farm. Failure to follow the Hubert Farms guidelines may result in, but is not limited to, loss of visiting privileges.
